Parkoo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Parkoo, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We do not store usernames or passwords. Authentication is handled entirely through Google Sign-In. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

What we do not collect: We do not collect or store passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal information beyond what is listed above.
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you click “Sign in with Google,” you are redirected to Google’s servers to authenticate. We receive only the basic profile information you authorize (name, email, and profile picture). We never receive or store your Google password.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:
We retain your account information and trip plans for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@parkoo.io. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your app state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data to ad networks. Usage analytics, if any, are anonymized and aggregated.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on our databases. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Parkoo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email us at support@parkoo.io.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
